Mission: Providing application support to customers in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany with a focus on TI’s Analog product portfolio.
1. Provide pre- and post- sales technical support to customers
Is a technical advisor on TI’s Analog product portfolio (across all product lines) ideally with special knowledge in Power and Signal Chain
Is responsible for solving customer problems and product challenges through appropriate positioning and presentation of TI products fulfilling customer requirements
Identifies and understands opportunities and provides appropriate technical solutions (through frequent customer visits, appropriate utilization of TI resources and follow up) to maximize customer’s success and TI product DINs
Develops and maintains technical relationships with technical decision makers and key influencers at customers
Should have end equipment knowledge in automotive: ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
Takes part in the support strategy definition during development phases, from the feasibility concept to customer’s production (jointly with Sales and other TI internal organizations)
Contributes to the customer’s system architecture definition
Is accountable for the technical assistance to customers during the development phase and help them solve their problem to match production deadlines
Focuses support activities on customers with most business impact and/or growth potential in close alignment with corresponding sales personnel
2. Product specifications/applications
Collects, formalizes and exchange with BU relevant information (technical and technological trends, competition information,…) received from the markets and customers
Proposes new product specifications and/or applications with appropriate business plan details for TI’s business growth and product differentiation
